Granite Town Farms, a family-owned and operated award winning wild blueberry farm, growing and managing 500 acres of wild blueberries throughout the county.  The company has been in business for over 25 years in the small Town of St George, where the Magaguadavic River meets the Bay of Fundy.
Since Granite Town Farms opened its doors in 1985, they has grown from a small farm stand to an operation that not only grows wild blueberries, but also creates Wild Blueberries with a Kick - in their unique lines of specialty and gourmet products.

Ganong
Since 1873 the Ganong family and friends have put their heart and soul into the chocolate confectioner's art, an art never lost. The special skills in making quality confectionery have been passed down throughout the four generations in the small town of St. Stephen, New Brunswick.Ganong Bros. Limited is Canada’s oldest candy company. Ganong currently exports to USA and United Kingdom.
NBCC St Andrews

HISTORY
​New Brunswick is bursting with flavour from its rich wild blueberry fields to the bountiful ocean and the sweetness of Canada's Chocolate Town. In 2009, Granite Town Farms (wild Blueberry Gourmet Products) and the New Brunswick Community College (St Andrews) brought those flavours to life while giving the first-year culinary students the opportunity to compete for a $500 scholarship. The competition challenged the future chefs to develop recipes using gourmet blueberry products and they were judged on creativity, taste and texture. Mathieu Mazorolle was awarded the scholarship for his delectable blueberry-glazed chicken, made with wild Blueberry Vinaigrette, and spinach salad with blue cheese.

This competition was an instant success and the organizers were invited to the Provincial Legislature, where they were formally congratulated for shining the spotlight on New Brunswick's world class products.

​Flavours New Brunswick has continued to grow since 2009 when it started as a partnership between Granite Town Farms wild blueberries and Chef Dave and his students. 2010, Cooke Aquaculture partnered with Granite Town Farms and NBCC adding fresh Atlantic salmon to the ingredient list. 2012 Ganong Bros Ltd joined the partnership giving us a full taste of Charlotte County with wild blueberries, fresh Atlantic salmon and chocolate from the famed candy makers. The Algonquin resort joined the team in 2013, making Flavours New Brunswick a MUST on very food lovers calendar.
